Can I renew my HWA home warranty plan?

Yes, you can renew Home Warranty of America coverage. Your plan will be automatically renewed if you choose to renew your contract for 1-year following the expiration of the initial coverage period. After that, your agreement will be renewed only if you notify the company in writing 30 days before the expiration of the coverage period. You can notify HWA by mailing them at P.O. Box 850, Lincolnshire, IL 60069, or emailing at cancel@hwahomewarranty.com.
Can I buy optional coverage after 30 days of the start date of my coverage period?

You can add optional coverage within 30 days of the start date of your coverage period, after which the coverage eligibility will be subjected to a 30-day waiting period.
Can I cancel my HWA contract anytime?
A.
Yes, you can cancel your HWA contract at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of the lesser of $30 or 10% of the contract fee, provided you didn’t receive any service.
