3. Home Warranty Companies FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SITE CONTENT. In states where the law does not recognize a cap on liability and/or indemnity obligations, you agree to hold harmless the Site and be fully responsible for any loss, liability, and/or legal fees that arise from the violation of the Terms of Use herein.
